ConTherian
Somebody who is ConTherian does not experience shifts. Instead, they are always in an unchanging state between a shift and a nonshift. It is essentially the polar opposite of Vaccilant. However, do not worry. Not shifting does not make you any less of an AlterHuman.
ConKin
An OtherKin-specific variant of ConTherian. ConKin, just like ConTherians, are always in an unchanging state of semi-shift. Not to be confused with OtherCon, which is a multi-day, online AlterHuman convention held primarily over discord in August.
