Kith

While Therians and Otherkins identify as a nonhuman entity, a Kith identifies with one. They do not believe that they were a non-human entity in the past, nor do they believe that they hold the soul of one. However, they still feel connected, whether to a specific being, or to a clade or caste of beings. Contrary to popular belief, OtherHearted is a sub-identity of Kith, and is not an umbrella term for AlterHumanity.

AnimalHearted

Though almost synonymous with Kith, AnimalHearted individuals identify solely with earthen beings. This includes Fox Kith, Cat Kith, Lion Kith, Eagle Kith, etc.

OtherHearted

Though sometimes used as an umbrella term for all Kith, an OtherHearted AlterHuman is somebody who identifies with a non-earthen or non-animal entity. This includes your Dragon Kith, Angel Kith, Unicorn Kith, etc.
