Vaccilant

Somebody who is Vaccilant can be described as constantly in some degree of a shift. Sometimes they are in less-severe of a shift, sometimes they are fully in a shift. They tend to experience spikes, dips, and plateaus, but never fully leave the state of shifting. Also known as Suntherian.
